Mr. Sherman has served on several Boards of Directors. He is currently a Trustee for the Mary Ann Morse Healthcare Corp (Finance Committee, Investment Committee) and a Trustee of the Sherman Art Trust, LLC, dedicated to use the artwork of Meyer and Naomi Sherman to address the needs of children affected by cancer. He has also served on the Boards of Junior Achievement of Boston, New England Outdoor Writers and The Warehouse Performing Arts Center. He is a member of the Screen Actors Guild© and is an Eagle Scout.
Through his contributions both professionally and in the community, Mr. Sherman is recognized by Who’s Who in America, Who’s Who in Business and Industry and Smith’s Municipal Analyst All-Stars. Mr. Sherman earned his undergraduate degree from Syracuse University and a Masters in Public Administration from Columbia University.

Mr. Sherman is an Adjunct Professor at Boston University, where he teaches Financial Concepts, Corp-orate Finance and Accoun-ting at Metropolitan College. An invited guest lecturer at Columbia University, Duke University School of Law and others, Mr. Sherman enjoys speaking about impact investing and the capital markets.
